And? TBH, Top Gear US might be somewhat copying challenges from TGUK, but they put their own spin on it... Like for instance using brand new trucks, instead of cheap, beaten up old ones...

Personally, It used to be that I couldn't care less for TGUS, but I think TGUS has gotten better since it first came on the air (much like TGUK did when it came back in it's current form), and now I enjoy the show.

They are all redos. TG South Korea Crashed a Chopper doing the Chopper v. Sportscar challenge. They put local spin on them and slight adjustment and sell it as new. It's not really bad, just obvious. Don't mess with the formula, I guess.

They kind of all have been. At least there's no more awkward "Cheap car Big Star" moments. I REALLY wish they would replace Adam.

It wouldn't bother me one bit if they re-made every single challenge in the original. The original ones were great and it's a lot of fun to see our three guys do it over again. Also, as an American, it's a lot more relevant in the cars they pick and the stuff that they face.

Top Gear America is definitely different but I actually enjoy their current format more than the original. When they tried to copy the entire format of the original with the star, news, lap times, it was rough to say the least.
